I is no more “SELFISH”

This article is not on any current burning topic or on any social related issue but on a common question which everybody asks to their friends, seniors, parents and while working hard WHAT MAKES A GOOD LIFE?? WHAT MAKES ME HAPPY???

The common answer would be: -

This article is all from my personal experience. Many friends asked me when do you get TIME to write and read books? I asked them back WHAT YOU DO WHILE TRAVELLING???

So, while Travelling It struct to my mind “How many people in this world are really successful??”

Hardly 2%…Does success only mean a Good job with six-digit salary or big business with Turnover in Crores?? Or Lakhs of rupees in our account from any of the source mentioned??

I am 27 and Today If I lose everything, my friends My job I go bankrupt. Will I be happy? How much memories you have collected at your age?? One at least per year??

At the age 27, today I can proudly say that I have collected so much memories that if I sleep today and I wont wake up tomorrow--I WILL DIE HAPPILY.

At this age, I believe we all must decide for our goal, it may be a good job where you enjoy your work or a startup where you put your imagination turning into reality.

Don’t just choose something because "Sab kar rhe"

This is where you go wrong. Don’t create others your BENCHMARK. (which I believe is a very wrong APPROACH) Choose YOURSELF as your BENCHMARK because your Body has limitations but BRAIN does not. Make a move, reset your brain. Don’t limit yourself. 

It’s always " I "where everything begins.

It’s always “I” must decide what brings happiness.

It’s always “I” who must bring DISCIPLINE to my life.

Earn money Spend Money and then again Earn Money.

Don’t just EXIST in this world from 9-5, start living after it for YOURSELF.

I am the only change

I am the new SELFISH

I am what you want to become.

It is true that when you are from a Middle-class family and you don’t have money YOUR DREAMS DIES FIRST but yes likewise If you have the courage and motivation, you can start from any point of time.

You can start working on your dreams and plan to execute. You can start from anywhere with anyone in your life. All you need to have is DISCIPLINE and RELATIONSHIPS. Relationships keep you motivated, relationship keeps you happy, you add more years to your life.

This, to me, along with many others, is the true meaning to happiness.  Not the material possessions that we all feel and think we need in our lives. Trust me it is not always the world it looks like; it is always the world HOW you look at it.

At the end, I just want to conclude with “JIM CARREY words “I want everyone to have Money and Fame in their life because then they will realize, Money and Fame are not the actual reason for happiness”.

Varanasi - Where Body Meets The Holy Ganga and Soul Meets The God.

I was fortunate enough to grownup in the city Kashi – where I have completed my early schooling. During this period I have sensed and experienced the city to its core tradition and its diversified culture. The city gives you the vibes to enjoy unity in diversity and gives you reasons to live the life.

Any place where you grownup is always close to your heart, for me it is Varanasi city. I and Varanasi grew into each other. When I was 9 years I landed in the city – the city was cozy, shy, confine, and scared of changes. The city screams its originality – the people, the food, the culture, the air everything about it. Varanasi welcomes every individual irrespective of age, profession, caste, creed and religion. It has something for everybody. Varanasi is a place where peace and eccentricity coexists. The city has 80 ghats on one side and on the other side Lord Surya throws his blessing to the city which gives vitality to start each day with smile and happiness.

The city shows you various paths of your existence on this earth. It tells you why human being is created by God almighty – to serve others, to maintain peace, to believe that human being is not the ultimate power, to love nature and maintain its beauty, to believe we are here to play our role and leave the earth for heaven. The city were I wasn’t born but a place where I want to spend rest of my life, in closeness to GOD. The only city where people come in search of eternal peace. The city which gives you vibes of closeness rather connection to creator of nature.  

The city is worth one time visit in life for its roadside food, BHU or the Vishwanath temple. To all the readers – the experience felt cannot be fully described in words so do visit the oldest city and get mixed with it.

Google will definitely help you to find the details about the city when you plan a visit; but trust me be a TRAVELLER not a tourist to this city.

WOMAN- Redefining M&R (MANAGEMENT and RESPONSIBILITY)

What is world without WOMAN? Think????

India a country where some decades back, woman were kept behind the walls and were limited to only kitchen. Talk about today, Woman is not only the part of society but they are now the GAME CHANGER.

Woman as the topic says is much better Managers and Holds responsibility. Right from the sunrise to the sunset, they play different roles. Mother at 6:00 am for children to Wife at 8:00 am for husband. They lend their hands from early morning, to going office and then preparing dinner for family.  

Step outside today, and you see FEMALES marking their presence everywhere. Sports, Politics, Movies, Industrial sectors, etc. You will find them in every corner of the world.

From Chanda Kochhar to Neelam Dhawan, from Sania Nehwal to Deepika Karmakar, from Priyanka Chopra to Deepika Padukone everyone has just proved to be the most powerful woman of all time and much ahead than their counter part gender. Look at your home, around yourself- you will find your Mother, Sister or Wife depicting the role of LEADERS with full of confident, strong and assertive.

Even the word FEMALE says “FULLY ENERGETIC male”

Talk about corporate world and they are just about to create a gender neutral environment. LIC’s MD gave profit of rs. 2,501 crores in 2015-16, PARLE AGRO’s CEO gave revenue of rs.1260.99 crore in March 2015, up 26% from March 2014. Many stats and polling proved that being a WOMAN in Board of Directors have reduced the chances of shortfall in profit by 20%. In coming days, Indian companies have to prepare themselves for gender diversity from shop floors to boardrooms. For best business outcomes, Woman are now helping them to deliver.

Woman nowadays is multi-tasking and we do have many positive outcomes with this: -

1)   A man who marries a career woman may be able to relate better to organizational issues.

2)   A working woman diversifies the family income streams.

3)   A working woman is better exposed to the world who bring back knowledge and experience to home from outside the world.

4)   They have a better life satisfaction and feel less dependent now.

Now is the time and era where we must accept and celebrate our successful woman. They are taking our homes and country forward. They are not only limited to four walls unlike before rather they have broken and jump all over the hurdles. Gonne are the days when woman was behind Men, now is the time for WOMAN where not only they walk shoulder to shoulder but in some or the other field, they are ahead of Men. This dominating world is calling for EQUALITY.

What I love about this gender is how easily they ignore the negative environment around them and just smile which fills the life with sunshine around them.

This is dedicated to all the girls/ladies I know, I have known and will meet in my life.

This is for all those readers and requesting them to support woman in every field they can, with every possibility they can. Let them fly, rise high, they will definitely bring laurels and add colors to your society. RESPECT them.

To sum-up just a saying

“If you Educate a Man, you educate an individual but if you Educate a WOMAN, you will Educate the whole FAMLIY.
